To our valued patients,

With the increase in vaccinations in our state, we wanted to update you on our current office procedures.

Current procedures:

A technician will be calling you to complete the pre-screening process 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment. If they are unable to speak to you, they will leave a message, please give them a call back as soon as you are able. The pre-screening process is mandatory and must be completed before you physically enter our office.

Please note that we are no longer requesting that you make an appointment for eyeglass adjustments and repairs. You may enter the office anytime during our regular business hours as well as utilizing our drop box on the front porch for picking up glasses, contact lenses and for any other optical needs.

If you pre-screening phone call has been completed, we are no longer requesting that you call from the parking lot to let us know you’ve arrived. If you have not been able to connect with a technician before your appointment, we ask that you do please call from the parking lot so that we complete this BEFORE you enter the building. Our doors are still unlocked so there is no need to knock at this time.

Based on the current CDC guidelines, we are still requiring masks to be worn inside our office.

For everyone’s health and safety, it is paramount that you arrive wearing a well-fitting mask that consistently covers both your nose and your mouth even when speaking. Masks must be work the entire time you are in our office. Please do not bring any food or drink into our office.

Please be alert to any sign of illness you may be experiencing that may be linked to COVID-19. If you have any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

We are looking forward to continuing to provide you with all your eyecare needs. We thank you for your patience as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow respective medical guidelines.

Stay well and be safe,

Drs. Dan, Diane, Monica, Kayla Emily and Kendall, Tracy Chris, Jess, Heather, Ed, Emily, Stasha, Jeanne and Chere
