Our optical team—Ed, Jessy, and Ryan—are dedicated to providing you with precise, comfortable, and stylish eyewear. With 33 years of experience as an optician, Ed leads the department and proudly mentors Jessy and Ryan as they continue to grow in their craft.

Operations Lead

Kendall, CPO, plays an instrumental role in supporting operations across the practice. She develops and implements strategies and procedures that reinforce the highest standards of patient care. With over five years of dedicated service at Middlebury Eye Associates, Kendall has cultivated extensive experience across all departments, contributing to the practice’s continued excellence.

Office Manager

Jess, CPO, our esteemed Office Manager, has been a vital member of Middlebury Eye Associates for over 18 years. With an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the practice, she provides comprehensive support to all departments and ensures that each patient receives the highest quality of care. In addition to her leadership role, Jess manages numerous operational initiatives that keep the office running efficiently and continuously improve the overall patient experience.
